Sr. Hogan Loans Analyst

About the role

FNBO is seeking an experienced Sr Analyst, System Support to join our team. This position involves being a system expert of the Hogan Core Banking Platform Loan Servicing System, handling escalated production issues, and coordinating with IT and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical configuration changes and controlled releases
• Coordinate with business and operations teams for system enhancements
• Lead mid to large projects of varying complexity
• Support strategic direction for enhancements and investments
• Manage and provide input into the application roadmap
• Work with IT and vendors for support, upgrades, and implementations
• Lead requirements gathering and analysis
• Design, develop, and maintain reports
• Enhance end users' knowledge and competency with the loan servicing system
• Train and mentor teammates
• Participate in project meetings and assist in project execution, control, and closure
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations

Requirements

• 5+ years of banking experience (Operations, Lending, Systems)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• General knowledge of lending and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple timelines

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of assigned applications through training and experience
• Experience with system enhancements and investments
• Ability to lead and manage projects of varying complexity
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
