Sr. Hogan Loans Analyst
About the role
FNBO is seeking an experienced Sr Analyst, System Support to join our team. This position involves being a system expert for the Hogan Core Banking Platform Loan Servicing System, handling escalated production issues, and coordinating with IT and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical configuration changes and controlled releases
- Coordinate with business and operations teams for system enhancements
- Manage and provide input into the application roadmap
- Work with IT and/or third-party vendors for support, upgrades, and implementations
- Lead mid to large projects of varying complexity
- Assist in setting strategic direction for enhancements and investments
Requirements
- 5+ years of banking experience (Operations, Lending, Systems)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
- Excellent problem-solving ability with strong analytical skills
- General knowledge of Lending and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to multiple timelines
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of assigned applications through training and experience
- Experience with system enhancements and investments
- Knowledge of compliance with bank policies and regulations

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
