About the role
FNBO is seeking an experienced Sr Analyst, System Support to join our team. This position involves being a system expert of the Hogan Core Banking Platform Loan Servicing System, handling escalated production issues, and coordinating with IT and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical configuration changes and controlled releases in the system.
- Coordinate with business and operations teams for system enhancements.
- Lead mid to large projects of varying complexity.
- Help set strategic directions for enhancements and investments to improve the organization.
- Support system enhancements through requirements gathering and analysis.
- Manage and provide input into the application roadmap for improvement and development.
- Work with IT and/or third-party vendors for support, upgrades, and implementations.
- Provide metrics and documentation to support analysis and findings.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports using assigned tools.
- Coordinate, track, and respond to data needs and requests from across Operations and partners.
- Enhance end users' knowledge and competency with the loan servicing system.
- Identify, develop, and recommend training opportunities.
- Participate in training sessions as an advisor.
- Manage business unit’s expectations effectively.
- Aim to increase the likelihood that projects or initiatives deliver the intended results and outcomes.
- Contribute or lead project team meetings and assist in critical decision making and planning.
- Assist in the execution, control, and closure of projects.
- Meet regularly with project managers.
- Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties.
Requirements
- 5+ years of banking experience (Operations, Lending, Systems).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical skills.
- General knowledge of Lending.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to multi-task while adhering to multiple timetables of completion.
