Sr. Hogan Loans Analyst

About the role

FNBO is seeking an experienced Sr Analyst, System Support to join our team. This position involves being a system expert of the Hogan Core Banking Platform Loan Servicing System, handling escalated production issues, and coordinating with IT and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical configuration changes and controlled releases in the system.
• Coordinate with business and operations teams for system enhancements.
• Lead mid to large projects of varying complexity.
• Help set strategic directions for enhancements and investments to improve the organization.
• Support system enhancements through requirements gathering and analysis.
• Manage and provide input into the application roadmap for improvement and development.
• Work with IT and/or third-party vendors for support, upgrades, and implementations.
• Provide metrics and documentation to support analysis and findings.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports using assigned tools.
• Coordinate, track, and respond to data needs and requests from across Operations and partners.
• Enhance end users' knowledge and competency with the loan servicing system.
• Identify, develop, and recommend training opportunities.
• Participate in training sessions as an advisor.
• Manage business unit’s expectations effectively.
• Aim to increase the likelihood that projects or initiatives deliver the intended results and outcomes.
• Contribute or lead project team meetings and assist in critical decision making and planning.
• Assist in the execution, control, and closure of projects.
• Meet regularly with project managers.
• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties.

Requirements

• 5+ years of banking experience (Operations, Lending, Systems).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical skills.
• General knowledge of Lending.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to multi-task while adhering to multiple timetables of completion.
