About the role

FNBO is seeking an experienced Sr Analyst, System Support to join our team. This role involves being a system expert of the Hogan Core Banking Platform Loan Servicing System, handling escalated production issues, and coordinating with IT and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Support the performance, reliability, and maintenance of the Hogan Loan Servicing System.
  • Perform escalation support and issue resolution through research across multiple systems and data.
  • Work closely with business and operations teams regarding system enhancements.
  • Manage and provide input into the application roadmap for further improvement and development.
  • Lead mid to large projects of some complexity.
  • Assist in setting the strategic direction regarding enhancements and investments to improve the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of banking experience (Operations, Lending, Systems).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability with strong analytical skills.
  • General knowledge of Lending and Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to multi-task while adhering to multiple timetables of completion.

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge for assigned applications through training and experience.
  • Knowledge of compliance with bank policies, laws, and regulations.

  • Consultative approach to analyzing stakeholder needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to design, modify, enhance, or adapt existing systems to improve business efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to implement, configure, and test feasible solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor teammates.
