Sr. Hogan Loans Analyst
About the role
FNBO is seeking an experienced Sr Analyst, System Support to join our team. This role involves being a system expert of the Hogan Core Banking Platform Loan Servicing System, handling escalated production issues, and coordinating with IT and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Support the performance, reliability, and maintenance of the Hogan Loan Servicing System.
- Perform escalation support and issue resolution through research across multiple systems and data.
- Work closely with business and operations teams regarding system enhancements.
- Manage and provide input into the application roadmap for further improvement and development.
- Lead mid to large projects of some complexity.
- Assist in setting the strategic direction regarding enhancements and investments to improve the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of banking experience (Operations, Lending, Systems).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
- Excellent problem-solving ability with strong analytical skills.
- General knowledge of Lending and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to multi-task while adhering to multiple timetables of completion.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge for assigned applications through training and experience.
- Knowledge of compliance with bank policies, laws, and regulations.
Skills
- Consultative approach to analyzing stakeholder needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate effectively.
- Ability to design, modify, enhance, or adapt existing systems to improve business efficiency and productivity.

- Ability to train and mentor teammates.
