Sr. Front End Engineer, AWS Marketplace

About the role

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) drives revenue, adoption, and growth from large small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. The AWS Global Support team provides world-class support to ensure customer success. AWS Marketplace is an online store that helps customers find, buy, and start using trusted software and services on AWS. We are one of the fastest-growing teams in AWS, interfacing with a diverse community of software service sellers and buyers across various technologies.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex business problems in cloud marketplaces with simple solutions
• Apply appropriate technologies and software engineering best practices
• Build scalable and performant solutions
• Own the design and implementation of major deliverables end-to-end
• Collaborate with other engineers on the team, principal engineers, product managers, and partner teams
• Thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional front-end, web, or mobile software development experience using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• 5+ years of front-end developer experience creating prototypes or wireframes for enterprise web applications or workflows
• Experience developing with MVC/MVM frameworks (e.g. React.JS, AngularJS, Vue)

Qualifications

• Knowledge of web services technologies such as SOAP, HTTP, WSDL, XSD, and REST
• Experience in a broad range of software design approaches and common UX patterns

• Commitment to teamwork, hustle, and strong communication skills
• Passion towards Agentic development and/or leveraging AI tools in AI-SDLC
