Sr. Executive Assistant
About the role
The Sr. Executive Assistant supports the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Project Delivery Officer, as well as some senior leadership within the department. This position is located onsite at the global headquarters in Fremont, California.
Responsibilities
- Perform an extensive range of administrative tasks such as calendar management, expenses, coordination of complex international and domestic travel itineraries, etc.
- Work closely with executive leaders.
- Coordinate, arrange, and run logistics for staff meetings and a variety of other meetings, including preparing meeting materials ahead of time.
- Document meeting minutes as well as manage and track action items.
- Plan and coordinate employee/client events.
- Receive and direct external visitors.
- Research and compile briefing documents in preparation for meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business Administration or related field.
- 10+ years of Executive Administrative support in a dynamic environment.
- Absolutely amazing organizational skills, attentive to detail, and master of follow through.
- Possess strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a wide variety of internal and external contacts at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience working with senior level executives both internal and external.

The annual salary range for this position is $145,000 to $165,000. The actual salary will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related reasons.
