Sr ERP Administrator

Join a growing manufacturing organization. We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Administrator to lead the support, optimization, and continuous improvement of our SYSPRO ERP environment. This highly visible role partners with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, Engineering, Finance, and Program Management to ensure the ERP platform effectively supports business and production operations. Responsibilities

• Administer and support the SYSPRO ERP system
• Manage system configuration, security, user access, upgrades, and system performance
• Support core manufacturing processes, including BOMs, routings, MRP, inventory, WIP, purchasing, production planning, revision control, and new product introduction (NPI)
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, integrations, and automation
• Partner with business leaders to identify and implement ERP solutions
• Troubleshoot system and production issues
• Improve data integrity, reporting accuracy, and workflow efficiency
• Support ERP upgrades, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Required:

• 5+ years of ERP administration, implementation, development, or support experience
• Manufacturing environment experience
• Strong understanding of BOMs, routings, MRP, inventory management, WIP, production planning, and revision control
• Experience with SQL Server, T‑SQL, Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools
• Experience supporting workflows, integrations, reporting, and automation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work directly with business users and operational teams

Preferred:

• SYSPRO 7/8 experience
• Electronics manufacturing experience
• Semiconductor equipment industry experience
• Industrial automation experience
• Experience supporting NPI, engineering change orders (ECOs), master data, and production launches

Pay

Competitive pay: $95 – $130 per hour
