About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. EP Mapping Specialist - CAS, Worcester, MA to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role combines clinical expertise, technical training, and customer education to support electrophysiology mapping solutions in a healthcare setting. The specialist will partner closely with physicians, hospital personnel, and sales teams to promote safe product use and help advance business growth across the region. Success in this position will require strong mapping experience, the ability to build trusted relationships, and a focus on supporting sales objectives while serving as a regional subject matter expert. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and technical support to physicians and staff on electrophysiology mapping systems.
  • Educate physicians and hospital personnel on the company's products and procedures.
  • Promote safe use of the company's products during procedures.
  • Support sales objectives to meet or exceed product sales goals.
  • Develop relationships with customers to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager and area sales teams to identify sales opportunities.
  • Act as a regional champion for mapping technology among healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma with 8 years of related cardiac mapping experience.
  • Associate degree with 6 years of related cardiac mapping experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of related cardiac mapping experience.
  • Preferred: B.A./B.S. in nursing, life sciences, or a technical discipline with relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in technical training within the cardiac field.

Pay

$130,000 – $140,000 annually
