About the role
Our client is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join their dynamic sales team in Austin, TX. This position is full-time and hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and social media
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level companies
- Present product value propositions and close deals using consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful account management and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales development or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software
