Job Responsibilities
- Creation and execution of strategic plans to ensure the equipment portion of new business remains competitive.
- Ensuring new equipment meets company standards and can achieve KPI targets.
- Maintaining long-term equipment plans.
- Supporting cross-functional improvement teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Project management experience.
- Experience with specifying requirements for production equipment.
- Experience with Solidworks or other 3D modeling software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a good attitude.
- Unmatched communication skills.
- Able to handle multiple functions and deadlines.
- Able to make quick, accurate, data-driven decisions.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word).
- Able to train other associates.
- Able and willing to support the corporate culture in an ethical manner.
Desired Skills
- Experience with FMEA and other production control documentation.
- Experience with six sigma/lean.
Qualifications
- 4-year degree in manufacturing, electrical, or mechanical engineering or related field.
- Experience with continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
