Sr. Ecommerce & CRM Specialist

Part-time consulting role, remote.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the agency’s subject matter expert (SME) in eCommerce, CRM, and lifecycle marketing, supporting leadership and client engagements.
• Develop and lead CRM, customer journey, retention, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Align customer data, CRM platforms, media, and commerce initiatives to drive business growth and customer lifetime value.
• Advise on audience segmentation, personalization, marketing automation, and first-party data activation strategies.
• Analyze and optimize key performance metrics, including ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention, AOV, and conversion rates.
• Present strategic recommendations, insights, and growth opportunities to internal stakeholders and prospective clients.
• Support enterprise eCommerce pitches through solution design, strategy development, and client-facing presentations.
• Act as a consultative partner during the sales process, with potential leadership of the account upon award.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in eCommerce, lifecycle marketing, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, retention, loyalty, and customer lifetime value strategies.
• Strong CRM and customer data strategy experience, including hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Braze, Adobe Experience Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar solutions.
• Proven ability to connect customer data, CRM technology, media, and commerce programs to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Experience developing segmentation, personalization, and data-driven marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in performance metrics and growth measurement.
• Agency-side experience and/or consulting experience supporting enterprise-level clients.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to lead strategic discussions, present to clients, and serve as a trusted advisor.
