Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $197,250 - $328,750. Actual salaries depend on factors including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. This range is one component of Helix's employee compensation package, which may also include variable plans and country-specific benefits. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range.
