Sr Director, Marketing

For a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space, we are seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to drive growth-focused marketing initiatives, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. This role collaborates with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to transform market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements, directly influencing customer engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a unified marketing strategy to increase awareness and demand in hospital and ASC markets
• Establish scalable segmentation and messaging approaches aligned with buyer needs
• Ensure message consistency across digital and thought leadership channels
• Partner closely with Product Management to translate product strategy into marketing execution
• Support product and partnership launches through coordinated marketing efforts
• Develop evidence-based narratives that differentiate the SaaS platform
• Establish market credibility with senior healthcare leaders and lead thought leadership initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• 8-12 years of experience in B2B, healthcare technology, or SaaS environments, with 5-8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated success building and scaling marketing organizations, not just running mature ones
• Strong business acumen with experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership
• Proven ability to influence without authority and lead through complexity and change

Pay

$116,600 – $216,900 annually
