Responsibilities
As a member of the Sotera Health team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of products that reach patients around the world. You will be responsible for:
- Implementing and adhering to quality management systems and processes.
- Performing inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Developing and maintaining documentation related to quality control and assurance activities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product safety and quality.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, science, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within a manufacturing or laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and FDA regulations.
- Experience with statistical process control and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
Qualifications for this position include:
- Current certification in Quality Management Systems (QMS) or equivalent.
- Experience with laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
Salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This role is full-time and based in our corporate headquarters in [City, State]. Hours are typically 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
