Director of Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement property-level marketing strategies aligned with annual business plans and budgets.
• Collaborate with F&B teams to create on-brand activations and seasonal campaigns.
• Cookordination PR efforts, digital updates, email marketing, and advertising needs with agency and internal teams.
• Lead local partnerships and community outreach initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
• Participate in strategy and marketing calls, providing actionable insights and follow-ups.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hospitality marketing experience
• Strong writing, communication, and project management skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM platforms
• Ability to travel as needed
• Creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset
