Sr Director, Programs

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight to program management teams
• Develop and implement a forward-thinking program management strategy
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Define and analyze key performance indicators for programs
• Lead risk identification and assessment across programs
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and industry standards
• Oversee strategic resource planning and allocation across all programs

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, focusing on large-scale projects
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams
• Expertise in risk management and resource optimization
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Advanced proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
• Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain DOD security clearance

Pay

$225,000 – $250,000 annually
