About the role
The Senior Director, Marketing Technology at Beast Industries will be responsible for architecting a modern, AI-first MarTech ecosystem. Beast Industries, founded by MrBeast, reaches over 100M+ people and operates across digital media, philanthropy, consumer products, and innovative business initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or digital transformation, with a proven track record of scaling such systems to drive measurable growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key marketing technology leader, establishing the technical standards, governance model, and team structure from the ground up.
- Partner closely with Marketing, IT, Data, Revenue Operations, and Product leadership to align technology priorities and roadmaps.
- Own the platform roadmap for systems that touch millions, driving from evaluation to adoption with a clear sense of urgency.
- Build and scale a high-performing team across marketing operations, automation, customer data, and platform administration — starting foundational and growing into a multi-team org over time.
- Drive customer data strategy, segmentation, identity resolution, and audience activation, and build measurement frameworks.
Requirements
- AI-Native: Experience using AI to enhance marketing output and a vision for its future applications.
- Battle-Tested: Proven experience operating enterprise MarTech platforms at scale, such as Braze or Salesforce.
- Outcome Owner: A track record of scaling marketing technology that drives measurable growth.
- Leader: Ability to operate in high ambiguity, influence executive stakeholders, and attract top-tier talent.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in marketing technology, marketing operations, or digital transformation.
- 5+ years leading managers and cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and scaling enterprise MarTech platforms (Braze, Salesforce, etc) and ecosystems (CDP, marketing automation, CRM, analytics).
Skills
- Experience in AI-enabled marketing transformation or supporting global/multi-brand organizations is a plus.
