Sr. Director, Delivery Management

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a Forward Deployed Engineering team from the ground up
• Engage with Sales as the senior delivery authority before contract signing
• Drive customer outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle as the delivery executive
• Oversee delivery margin and financial performance across regional projects
• Monitor program health and proactively address risks before they escalate

Qualifications

• 12+ years in delivery leadership or consulting with experience in Forward Deployed Engineering teams
• Proven success deploying technical delivery models in complex enterprise settings
• Experience with P&L management in a delivery organization, understanding margin and utilization levers
• Deep expertise in industries such as BPO/CX, financial services, insurance, healthcare, or telecom
• Background in leading enterprise AI, data, or platform transformation initiatives
