Summary
Travis Credit Union's Sr. Development & Fundraising Specialist position supports the Travis Credit Union Community Financial Wellness Fund's mission through persuasive communication and strategic initiatives. Profile
- Provides fund-development leadership for the TCU Foundation.
- Develops and implements fundraising plans aligned with TCU and foundation interests.
- Allocates funds based on current and future needs.
- Manages financial accounting and reports to the Foundation's Board.
- Serves as the Foundation's representative and spokesperson.
- Maintains relationships with community and strategic partners.
- Pursues and develops relationships with donors and employees.

Reporting and Experience
- Reports to assigned department leadership.
- BA/BS in business, management, education, non-profit, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification required within 12 months of employment or transfer.
- Experience in fundraising, marketing, and fiscal management.
- Board presentation and management experience.
- Knowledge of 501(c)(3) organization requirements.
Working Conditions

- Sedentary work requiring occasional travel and attendance at meetings.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $98,238.40 – $121,347.20.
