About the role

This is a pure new business role aimed at targeting U.S. shippers. You will own your pipeline from cold outreach through close across FTL, LTL, and intermodal. No inherited accounts or account management.

Responsibilities

  • Target U.S. shippers
  • Owning your pipeline from cold outreach to close
  • Working across FTL, LTL, and intermodal
  • Prospecting and hunting new logos
  • Operating in a high-energy, competitive sales environment

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of domestic freight sales experience
  • 3PL or brokerage background (not freight forwarding)
  • Shipper-facing sales experience
  • Proven new logo hunter with high prospecting activity
  • Someone who thrives in a competitive environment

Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Relocation provided

Benefits

  • Base salary: $85,000–$100,000
  • OTC: $150,000–$170,000+
  • Full benefits package including 100% covered medical for employee and 50% premiums covered for dependents

  • Base: $85,000–$100,000
  • OTE: $150,000–$170,000+

Schedule

  • 5 days/week Onsite in Austin, TX
