What You Will Do

• Work with our data stack: Python (Pandas to NLTK), Postgres/dbt, Looker, Excel, etc.
• Lead client calls through technical analysis to provide recommendations and insights
• Ship reporting code and improve our data modeling layer to solve for our customers' needs
• Work on problems without a clear answer, often helping define the right solution
• Communicate ideas and specifications through detailed, precise writing
• Influence the culture, values, and processes of a growing engineering team
• Enjoy and think creatively about shaping Reserv's technology

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience as an individual contributor with modern analytics and programming skills (Python, dbt/Postgres)
• A proven ability to interface with high-value customers and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
• A strong demonstrated toolkit to build ETLs and net new data visualizations/reports
• A proven track record of shipping high-quality data analysis at a high cadence
• A passion for building intuitive technology and a thirst for learning
• The ability to think through customer requirements and prioritize must-haves, nicetos-haves, and irrelatives
• A strong technical skillset but also the willingness and ability to take on tasks outside your core competency
