Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify, define, and prioritize analytics opportunities.
- Create dashboards, key performance indicators, and other data-driven solutions.
- Develop business knowledge to effectively anticipate and define opportunities for data analytics.
- Identify trends and patterns, and present the findings in an organized manner.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for implementing strategic goals and decision-making.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of transportation experience (3PL preferred)
- 1 - 2 years in a Data Analytics role
- Proficient in Power BI and Tableau
- Prior experience with project management and procurement
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
