About the role
Andromeda Systems Incorporated (ASI) is seeking a Data Analyst to work onsite in Pax River, MD. This position is not eligible for remote work.
Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards in Qlik Sense or other data visualization tools
- Integrate and prepare large, varied datasets for analysis
- Identify and assess data attributes using statistical software packages to develop recommendations and analytical processes based on mission requirements
- Implement improved systems, procedures, and organizational changes
- Employ analysis techniques, such as work breakdown structures, activity-based costing, process and productivity improvement measurements, program audits/evaluations, and performance testing to achieve stated objectives
- Research, develop, implement, and utilize statistical methods and strategies to address tactical and strategic problem sets, while working with a technical team
- Provide highly technical expertise in developing reports
- Conduct statistical and predictive analysis
- Collaborate with multiple teams and clients to understand and recommend activities related to analytics
- Analyze and create data sets
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of operational experience in the full spectrum of industrial and logistics maintenance planning and sustainment
- At least 4 years of integrated logistics support across the spectrum of ILS elements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (additional four years of acquisition or operational logistics management experience may be substituted for degree)
- Experience as a Qlik Sense/Tableau/Power BI developer
- Experience with SDR, Advana, and Jupiter databases
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products to include Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a diverse team of government and contractor personnel
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL/Python (Pandas)
- Experience with Naval Aviation databases, including OOMA and DECKPLATE, Continuous Monitoring Program (CMP), or Aviation Management Supply and Readiness Reporting (AMSRR)
Work Authorization & Security Clearance
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Able to obtain a Secret Clearance

Pay
$85,000 - $120,000 per year
