Sr. Coordinator, Digital

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Aid in the development and execution of digital strategies for Inter Miami, Inter Miami II, Academy, Foundation, and Stadium channels.
• Create and post content across various social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and Threads.
• Oversee and manage the influencer program, identifying and leveraging influencers to enhance the club's digital presence.
• Maintain and monitor social trends to effectively communicate them on club channels.
• Execute digital strategy and assist with planning and implementation.
• Collaborate with all departments to plan and execute a digital calendar for in-season and off-season campaigns.
• Ideate and implement engaging digital media that enhances platform value and partnerships.
• Increase sponsorship inventory and support Club revenue streams.

Requirements

• Ability to produce high-quality photos and videos using a mobile device.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, journalism, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Highly organized and self-starter with a strong passion for sports and digital media.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content for social media.
• Familiarity with digital trends, technology, sports, and popular culture.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Project management skills, including prioritization, planning, problem-solving, and expectation setting.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data.
