Sr. Client Partner, Leave Coverage Program

This role is part of Pinterest's FTE Leave Coverage Program, designed to ensure continuous client service and business performance during employee leaves. As a Client Partner, you'll work closely with top-tier clients, leveraging your expertise in full-funnel sales to drive revenue growth and foster long-term client success.
What You'll Do
- Retain and grow partner relationships, driving Pinterest revenue.
- Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate leadership and a deep understanding of client business goals and industry trends.
- Develop tailored media strategies to drive Pinterest ad adoptions.
- Position Pinterest as a key platform by highlighting ad performance and impact.
- Identify and communicate new growth opportunities to expand client partnerships.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience building long-term partnerships and successful negotiations.
- Performance-based ad sales background, with a focus on turning data into actionable steps.
- Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders.
- An analytical thinker, skilled at turning data and trends into clear growth strategies.
- Track record of meeting revenue goals and fostering ongoing partnership growth.
- Success working in fast-paced, collaborative, and high-performance environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, SaaS Sales, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- AI Enthusiast: Demonstrates a strong curiosity for and practical application of AI to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and elevate client communications, presentations, and recommendations.

Pay
$79,198—$163,055 USD
Schedule
In-office requirement: The type of work you do guides the collaboration style. This role will need to travel for quarterly team on-sites and client engagements as needed.
