About the role

Maintains and expands customer relationships, drives revenue growth, and spearheads long-term client success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-funnel sales strategies for top-tier clients
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with client and agency stakeholders
  • Build and execute a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth
  • Drive y/y growth and spearhead annual deal conversations
  • Serve as a product expert, delivering guidance on digital ecosystem and Pinterest's ad offerings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex challenges
  • Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for incremental growth
  • Champion Pinterest's value proposition by showcasing impactful ad metrics
  • Use AI thoughtfully across account strategy and sales motions

Requirements

Nice to have specialized knowledge/expertise in search, shopping, display and/or social.

Strong consultative and negotiation skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, goal and result-oriented approach, excellent communication and collaboration skills, challenger mindset, and AI enthusiast.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as digital media or SAAS sales, or equivalent experience

Skills

Full-funnel advertising solutions, digital ecosystem, Pinterest's ad offerings, search, shopping, display, social, negotiation, analytics, problem-solving, goal-oriented, communication, collaboration, AI, Challenger mindset.
