Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior executives to drive strategic initiatives
  • Identify growth opportunities and streamline business processes
  • Lead Growth Enablement Managers to optimize operations for frontline teams
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Centers of Excellence to enhance project execution
  • Analyze market trends, manage pipelines, and set performance goals
  • Provide analytics on opportunities and risks to business leaders
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance; or Master's degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics
  • Certified Business Manager (CBM) from The Katha School of Entrepreneurship
  • Proficiency in English (C2 level required)
  • Experience in Campaign Analytics and Marketing Analytics
  • Strong background in Project Management and Sales
