Responsibilities
- Partner with senior executives to drive strategic initiatives
- Identify growth opportunities and streamline business processes
- Lead Growth Enablement Managers to optimize operations for frontline teams
- Collaborate with Marketing and Centers of Excellence to enhance project execution
- Analyze market trends, manage pipelines, and set performance goals
- Provide analytics on opportunities and risks to business leaders
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance; or Master's degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics
- Certified Business Manager (CBM) from The Katha School of Entrepreneurship
- Proficiency in English (C2 level required)
- Experience in Campaign Analytics and Marketing Analytics
- Strong background in Project Management and Sales
