Client Partner - Growth Lead
About the role
Tinuiti is seeking a Growth Intelligence Lead to join our dynamic team in New York City. This role requires a deep understanding of client businesses, customer behaviors, and growth objectives, along with the ability to identify and capitalize on event-driven opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients' business model, customer behavior, product roadmap, competitive landscape, and growth objectives.
- Participate in key cross-functional meetings to identify opportunities and risks in real time.
- Provide advanced notice to Tinuiti about potential regulatory risks and policy changes.
- Monitor sports, news, politics, cultural moments, and other market-moving events to identify opportunities for increased awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Proactively bring forward activation ideas before competitors do.
- Work with our client partnerships team to advise on the media components of direct integrations and league partnerships.
- Lead innovation and testing, developing and prioritizing new advertising, media, partnership, content, and audience strategies.
- Create rapid testing frameworks to accelerate learning and uncover new growth levers.
- Drive cross-functional coordination, serving as the day-to-day bridge between the client, Tinuiti, media partners, and key platform partners.
- Advise on media SLAs, turnaround times, and network nuances during creative development to ensure appropriate timelines are considered.
- Ensure opportunities move from idea to execution with speed and accountability.
- Deliver executive-level insights, translating market trends, platform developments, and performance insights into actionable recommendations for the client's leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Client Partner / lead roles with a proven track record of growing relationships and executing successful campaigns.
- Expertise in TV and OTT, with familiarity across multiple digital platforms and how all channels integrate.
- Media Planning experience with demonstrated success analyzing data to drive marketing decisions.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Monday, and marketing research tools such as Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint, and Waldo.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.

Pay
Hiring salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
Schedule
This is not a remote role and will be located in our clients New York City office.
