About the role
This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a hospitality and recreation environment.
Responsibilities
- Generate interest in the company’s offerings with marketing leaders and decision makers
- Focus on clients' programmatic strategy, analytics, and audience planning
- Accelerate client education on the company’s media solutions for growth
- Anticipate client needs and expand key relationships leveraging the company Ads
- Collaborate with agency teams and internal partners to grow revenue
- Ensure alignment with various teams to meet client requirements
- Create data-informed business plans that support revenue growth
- Stay updated on industry trends to inform client strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in digital advertising sales; 5+ years with Fortune 500 clients
- Mastery in executing multi-year strategic partnerships with C-suite executives
- Deep programmatic expertise in developing annual agreements and growth strategies
- Experience navigating and aligning complex, multinational organizations
- Exceptional strategic thinker with ability to leverage industry trends
- Advanced technical fluency in data ecosystems and privacy-forward solutions
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas simply to executive audiences
- Strong presentation skills that inspire confidence
Pay
$320,000 – $440,000 annually
