Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced requirement analysis and design definition
• Structure and organize requirements for complex projects
• Conduct strategic analysis to identify business needs
• Manage relationships for successful digital product development
• Maintain up-to-date requirements and design documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a related field (5+ years) or Master's (3+ years) experience
• Proven success in leading projects on time and within budget
• Strong ability to analyze complex data and communicate with non-technical stakeholders
• Deep understanding of business processes and IT systems, especially in Agile settings
• Experience with user acceptance testing and stakeholder management
