Responsible for
- Develops new relationships.
- Identifies prospects and develops marketing strategies for specific clients.
- Manages complex wealth management banking credit and treasury management client relationships.
- Identifies opportunities external to banking in the areas of investment and fiduciary.
- Analyzes and negotiates the terms of loans, such as special pricing conditions, interest rates, swaps, etc.
- Oversees and negotiates the preparation of documentation necessary for the financing agreement.
- Advises and consults with clients as it relates to goals-driven wealth management.
- Generates leads through well-established relationships with COI's and cultivates a network of additional COI's.
- Provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level.
- Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional, and technically difficult.
- Balances high-level operational execution with strategic direction of business function activities.
- Leads others to solve complex problems.
Knowledge Required
- Advanced knowledge of the banking industry, competition, and financing, usually acquired through formal education and experience.
- Knowledge of investments, trust, and financial consulting concepts to identify cross-selling opportunities.
Skills Required

Experience Required
- At least 5 years in financial analysis and client servicing experience, or commercial lending or leasing experience.
- May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of the banking industry, competition, and financing, usually acquired through formal education and experience.
- Knowledge of investments, trust, and financial consulting concepts to identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Negotiation, leadership, and sales skills to develop client and prospect relationships and build a partner network.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
- Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
- Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.
