Major Duties
- Develops new relationships and identifies prospects, managing complex wealth management, banking, credit, and treasury management client relationships.
- Manages and negotiates complex loan and/or lease agreements, analyzing and setting terms according to guidelines from senior management.
- Oversees and negotiates the preparation of necessary financing documentation.
- Advises and consults with clients on goals-driven wealth management strategies.
- Generates leads through established relationships with COI’s and builds a network of additional COI’s.
- Provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level.
- Carries out large-scale, cross-functional, and technically challenging tasks.
- Leads the development, implementation, and administration of programs within functional areas.
- Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
- Communicates complex concepts and negotiates with others to adopt different viewpoints.
- Requires specialized depth and breadth of expertise in banking, investments, trust, and financial consulting.
Knowledge
Advanced knowledge of the banking industry, competition, and financing, typically gained through formal education and experience, is required. Knowledge of investments, trusts, and financial consulting concepts is necessary to identify cross-selling opportunities.

Experience
- At least 5 years in financial analysis and client servicing experience, or commercial lending or leasing experience.
- Might lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
Pay
Salary range: $158,010 - 268,640 USD
