Responsibilities
- Develops new relationships and identifies prospects, managing complex wealth management, banking, credit, and treasury management client relationships.
- Manages and negotiates the terms of loans, including special pricing conditions, interest rates, swaps, and other financial instruments according to guidelines set by the Credit Policy Committee.
- Oversees and negotiates the preparation of all necessary documentation for financing agreements.
- Provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership on goals-driven wealth management, generating leads through relationships with COIs and cultivating a network of additional COIs.
- Acts as a subject matter expert, advising and consulting with clients at a high technical level.
- Carries out large-scale, cross-functional, and technically challenging tasks, balancing operational execution with strategic direction.
- Leads functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity.
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of the banking industry, competition, and financing is required. Knowledge of investments, trusts, and financial consulting concepts is necessary to identify cross-selling opportunities. Skills in negotiation, leadership, and sales are necessary to develop client and prospect relationships and build a partner network. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services. The role requires specialized depth and breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis and client servicing, or commercial lending or leasing experience.
