Sr. Associate, Sales Account Management - Walmart
About the role
The Sales Senior Associate, Walmart/Sam’s is a critical enabler of commercial success, serving as the operational backbone of the Walmart/Sam’s sales team. This role supports effective selling and flawless execution by owning day-to-day operational, administrative, and system-related responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted day-to-day support partner to the Walmart/Sam’s sales team.
- Keep timelines, details, and execution on track so the team can focus on selling.
- Keep shared tools and resources organized and up to date (Teams channel, shared files, templates).
- Support planning and execution of customer meetings and events, including basic logistics and prep tracking.
- Own reporting shipment and forecast reporting for the sales team. Update regularly and ensure accuracy.
- Take full ownership of Telus, including entry and ongoing maintenance of pricing and promotional events.
- Manage deductions by managing documentation, troubleshooting issues, and keeping everything audit-ready.
- Own item setup and maintenance across Supplier One and Retail Link, making sure everything is accurate, complete, and customer ready.
- Complete customer new item forms and supporting documentation from start to finish.
- Maintain the master distribution list, keeping item statuses, changes, and updates current and clean.
- Lead PDP & Content for the Team:
- Serve as the PDP lead for all items on Walmart.com and Sam’sClub.com, ensuring content quality scores are being achieved and maintained.
- Partner cross-functionally to support item launches, updates, and ongoing content maintenance via Salsify and the Lifestyle Brands eCommerce contacts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, 2 years’ sales experience sales experience calling on Walmart/Sam’s Club or other relevant customers, plus at least 1 year of experience leveraging Retail Link and i360.

- Stamina, character, sense of humor, detail-oriented tactician with proactive approach and work ethic appropriate for a fast-paced, team-oriented, growth company.
- General Management mindset; proven ownership approach to business.
- Strong technical skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Web and other required computer applications.
- Experience managing budgets and overall trade management.
- Strong work ethic and ability to excel in remote sales environment.
- Effective and timely communication while maintaining professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight timeframes and deadlines.
- High degree of curiosity and a proactive problem solver with a “can do” attitude.
- Proven track record of delivering consistent positive business results.
- Demonstrated ability to make thoughtful, strategic business recommendations.
- Eagerness to grow and see opportunities for development.
- Team player: eager to support others & build group culture.
Job Requirements
- This is a home office-based role. Ideal candidate will live in Bentonville, AR or nearby.
- Domestic relocation is not available for this role.
- Travel up to 20%.
