Sr. Associate, Project Management - Partnerships (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large‑scale, complex, cross‑departmental projects that have a direct impact on the company.
• Drive cross‑functional projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope, timelines, and budget are met; identify, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues.
• Plan, design, manage, and execute project plans through feasibility, design, planning, and implementation phases.
• Leverage problem‑solving skills to keep projects on intent and maintain key documentation.
• Conduct regular meetings with the project team, document progress, and report status to stakeholders.
• Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership for effective delivery.
• Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
• Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes.
• Exhibit a proven track record of project management, quickly establishing structure to manage work.
• Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Show organizational agility to adapt to changing demands.
• Display strong consulting, collaboration, problem‑solving, and influencing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 3 years of Project Management or Process Management experience.
• At least 1 year of Communications or Relationship Management experience.
• Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA.
• Preferred: 4 + years of Project Management experience.
• Preferred: 1 + year of People Management experience.
• Preferred: PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem‑solving, and influencing skills.

Pay

Richmond, VA: $87,700 – $100,100 annual salary for Senior Project Manager. Candidates hired in other locations will receive the pay range associated with that location. The role is also eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
