Sr. Analyst, Mobility Device Management (Puerto Rico)

About the role

The Mobility Device Management (MDM) Engineer will be responsible for working within a small team of dedicated engineers to build, test and implement product solutions based on a set standard of requirements. This includes the ability to translate vendor products, product code, roadmap services and implement without negatively impacting current processes. The MDM Engineer will provide the engineering and fourth level support for Mobile device, connectivity, and MDM related issues. This role will also architect and implement changes to both Sandbox and Production MDM Environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding Mobile Device management tool, Mobile security, and how products integrates into Raytheon Technologies and customers. Individual will be responsible for understanding overall product, how to manage, support and initiate changes including the ability to demonstrate deep technical skills, proficiency with the design, implementation and support of Mobile hardware, Applications, and MDM tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as MobileIron and Intune
• Configure and deploy mobile devices, applications, and configurations based on RTX and BU requirements
• Develop and enforce mobile security policies, compliance standards, and procedures
• Participate in vendor meetings to ensure vendor is delivering services timely and aware of product issues
• Participate in troubleshooting, drive gaps and issues to resolution
• Provides support, (administration, maintenance, monitoring, backup, contingency), for multiple MDM technologies and environments
• Maintain existing and, as required, develop new documentation that will include but is not limited to SOPs and System Architecture Guides and diagrams adhering to organizational templates, policies, and standards
• This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only.

Qualifications

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
• Experience with preparing and delivering written and verbal reports and general communications to audiences of varying levels of seniority and technical ability
• Experience collaborating and coordinating activities with stakeholders and infrastructure teams on upgrades, installations, and integrations
• Experience with either on-premise and Cloud MDM Solutions
• Experience with MAM deployments
• Experience with Control Access Policies
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and networking
• Experience working with automation scripting

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with O365 GCC-High
• Experience multiple MDM solutions such as Workspace One, Mobileiron, Intune, JAMF, etc.
• Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS)
• Microsoft Azure Active Directory
• Strong analytical problem solving, priority setting, facilitation, and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and lead through influence to accomplish challenging goals & objectives
• Excellent understanding of document control, update processes and tools
• Must work well under pressure and have the flexibility to manage multiple demands
• Self-starter and independent thinker who is capable of finding and developing solutions

Schedule

This position is remote. However, the successful candidate must be currently living in Puerto Rico. Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). The employee may be expected to travel to the Santa Isabel site location as needed.
