Mobility Operations Specialist (Puerto Rico)

Position Overview

The Mobility Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting end users, designing and developing enterprise mobility operations solutions, and providing engineering and fourth-level support for mobile support and operations services.

Responsibilities

• Support all end users across the enterprise, internationally
• Assist in the design and development of enterprise mobility operations solutions
• Partner with BU Mobile Leads on end user support system consolidation, ad-hoc requests, and escalations
• Track and close ticket escalations using various Mobile Device Management (MDM) software
• Create and modify Knowledge Based Articles
• Execute on new engineering and service technologies innovation
• Provide support, architecture, administration, maintenance, monitoring, backup, and contingency for multiple MDM technologies and environments
• Implement and execute system upgrades of on-premise and cloud servers
• Maintain existing and, as required, develop new documentation that includes SOPs and System Architecture Guides and diagrams

Qualifications

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
• Experience working with international teams and end users
• Experience preparing and delivering written and verbal reports and general communications to audiences of varying levels of seniority and technical ability
• Experience with Vendor Management
• Experience with Mobile Device Management Software
• Experience with ServiceNow or a related software
• Experience with wireless service providers
• Experience with help desk ticketing software
• Experience with Customer Support
• Experience with Project Management
