Sr Analyst (Yr2), New York Cityc$125,000 / c$150,000 + Bonus & Benefits PackageWe are currently working with a boutique investment team located in Central NYC who are starting the search process of finding their next Investment Analyst.We are keen to engage and speak with Investment Analysts who have circa 2 years of real estate investment experience already under their belt. Please note we are only able to consider applicants who have real estate experience. Ideally you will have worked within an equity fund or active family office.The firm deploy capital across various asset classes (commercial, mixed use and residential), where they co-invest alongside institutional partners.It is expected that prospective candidates will hold an excellent educational record within a relevant subject matter such as finance / economics or similar, you will be highly numerical and analytical coupled with strong financial modelling skills using Excel and have excellent presentation skills too.Please note this is a role aimed at year 2 Analysts. To be considered you will need to be sitting in the year 2 stage of your career, having gained some solid experience in both modeling and real estate deals with the ability to build models from scratch.If you currently live in New York and considering a move, we will welcome hearing from you.On offer will be a competitive salary and bonus package.
