Job Description Position Summary: The position is responsible for supervising the anti-money laundering (“AML”) know your customer and due diligence programs. This position analyzes and assesses risks, conducts investigations, prepares narratives and reports, and provides data and systems support. This position will identify, monitor, and report suspicious activity using various systems, communication channels, and independent decisioning. Essential Functions: Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos’ “We Win Hearts” Company-wide culture. Administer customer identification, know your customer, exclusion and watch list, and due diligence programs. Conduct extensive investigations and wide-ranging research using subscription services, internal systems, and internet searches. Analyze and correlate behavioral and transaction patterns, research findings, and other relevant information to help management draw conclusions. Be an administrator/super-user for various AML systems. Ability to work with large amounts of data in multiple tables/spreadsheets, and organize and summarize that data to achieve desired outputs. Complete analysis and reports, including the filing of reports, in a timely manner with accuracy and completeness. Prepare and review suspicious activity narratives and reports. Prepare other reports, profiles, and supporting documentation (e.g., work programs, findings, and results) Senior Analyst 2 November 2022 ensuring that such documentation contains sufficient, competent, and relevant evidential matter. Serve as a front line resource and escalation point for AML-related detection and reporting. Advise the Director of AML Compliance in a timely manner of relevant findings, especially those affecting compliance or involving high-risk guests, transactions, or situations. Train and transfer knowledge to other Compliance Team Members. Create manuals, guides, programs, and other procedural or instructional material. Analyze current processes and procedures, and implement or recommend improvements, as appropriate. Assist in monitoring of and reporting on the effectiveness of compliance operations. Ensure documentation is properly organized and maintained. Maintains work areas in an organized and neat manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s degree, preferably in accounting, criminal justice or information technology, from an accredited college/university or two (2) years of experience with a job function involving AML, analysis, or the aforementioned fields of study. Casino AML experience preferred. Active certification in AML, accounting, criminal justice, or information technology is preferred. Highly proficient with computer software, including Microsoft Office software (i.e., Excel, Outlook, and Word) and an intermediate understanding of how to organize and query data. Relational database, advanced internet searching, Cognos, LexisNexis, And Everi AML Software Experience Preferred. Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate effectively with Team Members, management, and internal and external (e.g., examiners and vendors) guests. Ability to organize, summarize and succinctly communicate the relevancy of findings to management. Senior Analyst 3 November 2022 Self-motivated, well-organized, ability to prioritize and efficiently perform multiple tasks in a timely manner. Ability to work independently and in small groups without direct supervision. Physical Requirements: Normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color, and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols. Ability to work in confined spaces (small offices or cubicles) that may contain second hand smoke, which may be hot, cold, and/or noisy. Entrances may have 3-foot wide accesses. Ability to withstand prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and grasping. Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds. Ability to work at any Station Casinos property, and have reliable personal transportation to travel between properties, within the greater Las Vegas area. Work Conditions: Work is typically in an area, which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain second hand smoke. Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. wide access. Tasks performed from a sitting or non-sitting position. Team Members will be required to stand, walk, lift, reach, push, pull, and grasp. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. Work may entail trained chemical usage. Constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests.
