Sr Analyst

About the role

The Sr Analyst will work alongside a team deploying equity across a variety of deals and co‑investment strategies, with exposure to sector‑agnostic assets including hotels and hospitality, offices, luxury residential, data centres, and life science.

Responsibilities

• Deploy equity across a range of deals and co‑investment strategies
• Work on sector‑agnostic transactions covering hotels and hospitality, offices, luxury residential, data centres, and life science

Requirements

• Experience in a transactional role within the real estate space
• Currently based in the NYC/NJ tri‑state area (preferably investor or banking background)
• Strong modelling capabilities and good presentation skills
• Team player mentality
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree; likely a Master’s degree
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Pay

c$125,000 – c$150,000 base salary, plus bonus.
