Responsibilities
- Manages a variety of JCIA accreditation and certification applications that support the entire accreditation and certification process (pre-survey, post-survey and intracycle processes) to ensure that the applications and their associated business processes meet operational needs.
- Collaborates with other business units to understand detailed requirements, as well as document workflow procedures, data modeling, and design of application enhancements.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for critical business processes associated to application support.
- Leads user acceptance testing and analyzes results to make critical decisions regarding promotion of key business applications.
- Trains staff (Account Managers, Scheduling, Field Staff, etc.) on functionality of system updates and business process changes.
- Develops and produces management reports, as needed.
- Utilizes customer feedback data (CSS) to gather feedback about applications and analyzes that feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Uses creative thinking and problem-solving effectively and efficiently to meet the needs of JCIA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree (i.e., MIS, MBA, MPH) preferred.
- Three (3) or more years of experience with an emphasis in project management, business or technical operations; knowledge of Agile methodology a plus.
- Knowledge of, and experience with technical applications and processes; examples include the application development lifecycle, Agile methodology, UI/UX best practices, etc.
- Experience leading or co-leading divisional projects, preferred.
- Expertise with JCIA business processes and policies, across the entire accreditation process required.
- Experience in data analysis, including proficiency in analytic tools such as Microsoft PowerBI, Excel, etc., is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Interpersonal skills are needed to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as with external customers, as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of preparing and delivering presentations to upper management and JCIA customers.
- Exhibits strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
- Works independently under minimal supervision and according to established procedures and policies.
Pay
Min USD $71,000.00/year Max USD $90,500.00/year
