Job Purpose As a Sr Business Analyst, you will work closely with both internal and external customers to help WellDoc fulfill its mission of designing and delivering best in class mobile and digital health products while serving as a coach and internal resource to team members. WellDoc is a fast-paced environment working in the rapidly evolving digital health environment. Part of your job will be reacting to our market research and help to iterate the product accordingly. Responsibilities Responsible for the research, analysis, documentation, and validation of functional and non-functional requirementsSubject matter experts to manage team to elicit, evaluate and document business and clinical requirementsLead formalized joint application development (JAD) sessions with key stakeholdersCollaborate with UI/UX team to define the user experience and create wireframes and prototypes for mobile and web applicationsWrite epics and user stories to detail software design for onshore and offshore development teams, using multiple tools and artifacts as neededLead Agile development activities to ensure quality, clarity, and transparency throughout delivery.Analyzes relevant data trends and makes informed decisions and recommendations for positive business impact.Provides direction for junior analyst team members and ensures that work product aligns with project goals and objectives. Technical Skills And Knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and AcrobatExperience with Jira is a plusExperience with Confluence is a plusExperience with Zephyr in creating and executing test cases is a plusExperience with Subversion for core repositoryExperience with SDLC (software development life cycle) and Agile methodologyExperience with writing simple and complex queries using MS SQL is a plusExperience testing applications built in iOS, Android and Web applicationExperience using Confluence Team Collaboration softwareConduct user acceptance testing activities including writing test cases, test scenario and test summary reports Required Skills And Experience At least 5 years of business analyst experience in health care.Healthcare domain knowledge includes disease management a plus (note: health care not health insurance)Understanding of QA processes, practices, and systemsExperience executing and coordinating integration, system, regression, and user- acceptance testingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work on concurrent projects, activities, and tasks under time constraintsDemonstrated ability to work independently and in a team-based environmentExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with ability to educate internal personnelExperience working in a regulated environment.Demonstrated ability to plan and manage other team members activities to meet project deadlines.Experience working with complex integrated systems and using creative and critical thinking to deliver exceptional results. Welldoc operates in ISO 13485 and MDSAP regulated and HITRUST and SOC 2 Type II compliant environments. Therefore, it is expected that all employees will have either, prior experience working in those environments or, will be trained to understand the requirements needed to work and support those requirements and culture as they relate to individual roles and responsibilities. Required Education Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare information technology, information systems or engineering –related discipline); highly preferred to also have an MA in in healthcare information technology, information systems or engineering –related discipline. Compensation & Benefits Welldoc offers a competitive compensation package which, in addition to salary, includes generous PTO, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision care, life and disability insurance, retirement benefits and the opportunity to participate in health savings accounts and/or dependent care accounts. While the anticipated salary range for this position is between $100,000 - $150,000/year with the expectation that most candidates will fall around the midpoint of the range. Exceptional candidates may exceed the range if education and experience warrant. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment, you may be required to complete and clear a multi-panel drug screening process.
