About You Nutrafol is seeking a Senior A/P Associate to join our team. You must be a highly driven, high-energy, focused individual that can work well with internal and external partners at all levels. You will be expected to problem solve, work on process improvements projects and exercise good business judgment. You'll partner closely with the Accounting and Finance teams daily, and other business partners to reflect activity accurately and timely. Responsibilities Process and review high volume of inventory and operating expense (OPEX) invoices accurately and efficientlyManage vendor invoice intake, credit memos, coding and routing for approvalConfirm invoices are approved by proper department in a timely mannerCreate and maintain vendor master records, including vendor setups and updates in Microsoft D365 and ExFlowPerform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve invoice discrepanciesResearch and respond to both vendor and internal team inquiries in a timely mannerAnalyze A/P aging and proactively identify and resolve outstanding issuesReview Marketing expenses on cost trackers to ensure accuracy of invoicing and recordsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AP processesSupport additional accounting and accounts payable ad hoc requests as needed Requirements Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting5+ years of invoice processing experience in a manufacturing/retail environment; experience in a start-up/high-growth eCommerce or CPG business is requiredStrong understanding of AP processes, invoice matching, reconciliations, and vendor managementExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 & ExFlow systems required.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adhere to tight deadlines, and confidently ask questions when neededProficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and Google SuitePassionate about accounting operations with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help the team as neededPossess strong oral and written communication skills Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
