Sr. Account Director

MERGE · Boston, MA · 1 mo ago
Hybrid$121k–$148k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes intro about company, then "Emerge to the Top of Your Career" etc. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro about MERGE: "At MERGE, we are Built Different..." This is about the company, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" would be description of role. The posting includes "As our Sr. Account Director, you will…" then bullet list of responsibilities. So we can have "About the role" maybe summarizing? But we must not repeat job title as heading. We can have "About the role" with prose describing role overview. - Responsibilities: The bullet list after "What You’ll Do". That's a list of duties. - Requirements/Qualifications: The "What You’ll Bring" list includes education, experience, etc. Could be split into Requirements and Qualifications. But we can combine into one section "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The instruction: use headings for those categories if content exists. We have both requirements and qualifications content. Could make two sections: "Requirements" and "Qualifications". But we need to avoid thin sections. Might combine into one "Requirements" covering education, experience, skills. However we also have "Skills" heading possible. The posting includes "Superior professional communication and presentation skills", "Advanced client management skills", etc. Could be skills. We also have Pay: salary range given. Benefits: description of benefits. Schedule: not mentioned. So we omit Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, visa, etc. Remove those lines. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all bullet points from "What You’ll Do" and "What You’ll Bring". Also include salary range and benefits description. We need to format as HTML:

About the role

... prose ...

then

Responsibilities

  • ... each duty
then maybe

Requirements

    ... education, experience, etc
then

Skills

    ... skills
then

Benefits

    ... benefits
then

Pay

... salary range

. We must not include headings with filler. Ensure each section has substantive content. Let's extract content. About the role: Could be the introductory paragraphs before "As our Sr. Account Director, you will…". That includes: "At MERGE, we are Built Different... We are united by our North Star: to unite people and brands to empower healthier, happier lives. Emerge to the Top of Your Career At MERGE, we strive to create a superior work experience where talented and ambitious people grow. An experience that encourages people to think higher and feel deeper. An experience where people engage their minds and hearts to do the best work of their careers. As our Sr. Account Director, you will…". Actually the "As our Sr. Account Director, you will…" starts responsibilities. So About the role could be the paragraph describing the role overview: maybe the sentence "As our Sr. Account Director, you will… Oversee and lead all account management processes..." but that's responsibilities. Better to use the earlier paragraphs about company and role overview: "At MERGE, we are Built Different... We are united by our North Star: to unite people and brands to empower healthier, happier lives. Emerge to the Top of Your Career At MERGE, we strive to create a superior work experience where talented and ambitious people grow. An experience that encourages people to think higher and feel deeper. An experience where people engage their minds and hearts to do the best work of their careers." That's about the company and work experience. Could be considered About the role. We'll use that. Responsibilities: list after "What You’ll Do". Let's extract each bullet: - Regular assimilation of business, customer, and marketplace insights into the development of strategies and marketing programs that span traditional and digital Life Sciences/Pharma channels, with extension to Media, Analytics, and MarTech - Efficiently and effectively balance the dual expectations of the agency and our clients - Maintain consistent and regular communication with client teams to share progress, creative campaigns, and deliverables to ensure we are on strategy, on time, and on budget - Act as a strategic partner by collaborating with clients on strategy, ideas, trends, and thought leadership - Create and build relationships with clients to deliver on the overall needs of the client and agency - Sign off on internal agency materials for reporting to the client - Grow business by utilizing experience to identify additional business needs and opportunities, and implement solutions - Demonstrate strong financial acumen and stewardship for account health - Leverage experience and capabilities to partner with internal team and craft strategic creative solutions for clients - Incorporate senior staff from other departments as project objectives or issues warrant - Manage and grow a team as a mentor and trusted advisor to the account team. - Maintains working knowledge of MERGE’s solutions and resources and recognizes/acts upon opportunities. Note some have trailing period. We'll keep as is. Requirements: from "What You’ll Bring" list items that are about education/experience/qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - 8-10 years of account management experience at an advertising agency or similar, with traditional and digital channels - Life Sciences (MedTech/Device/Pharma) experience and understanding of the MLR process, HCP experience required, DTC experience a plus - Strong background with strategic ideation, tactical activation, and financial management - Understanding of media objectives, experience with various media channels including targeting and audiences, KPIs and measurement, plus cross collaboration with media and analytics teams - Superior professional communication and presentation skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to roll up your sleeves to be a constant leader to a team in a highly collaborative environment and to develop and execute client service strategies - Advanced client management skills, especially as it relates to expanding business within existing clients - Commitment to the client, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving ability - Managerial experience of at least 1 direct report Some of these are skills though. But we can separate: Requirements could be education/experience; Skills could be communication, leadership, etc. However the instruction says use headings for those categories if content exists. We have both. We could make Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 8-10 years of account management experience...; Life Sciences experience...; Understanding of media objectives...; Managerial experience of at least 1 direct report. Skills: Strong background with strategic ideation, tactical activation, and financial management; Superior professional communication and presentation skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment; Willingness to roll up your sleeves to be a constant leader to a team in a highly collaborative environment and to develop and execute client service strategies; Advanced client management skills, especially as it relates to expanding business within existing clients; Commitment to the client, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving ability. But note some overlap. We'll just follow the list as given and split into Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (abilities). Ensure we don't miss any. Benefits: "MERGE is proud to invest in benefits that include meaningful Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K, Lifestyle Spending Account, Employer Paid Life & Disability Insurance, Flexible Time off & Holidays plus many other benefits and rewards." Pay: "The salary range for this role is $120,700 - $147,550, based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time." We should include that as Pay section. We must not include boilerplate like visa, EEO, etc. Now produce HTML. We must not include or . Just fragment. Let's craft.
