About the role

We are looking for a Spray Painter for tubs and counter tops to join our growing local team. Surface Experts is a national franchise focused on surface repair as an alternative to replacement or complete refinishing. Our mission is to reduce waste of time, money, and materials while solving customer problems through outstanding teams and strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Spray painting and color matching for tubs and counter tops
• Use judgment to achieve desired finishes
• Operate HVLP Turbines and Systems
• Match colors accurately (color blindness disqualifies candidates)
• Attention to detail and commitment to project timelines

Requirements

• Spray painting experience with various finishes
• Understanding of color matching
• Ability to make at least a 2-year commitment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
