Momento is a sports fan experience service that captures the rollercoaster ride of every moment from every game, providing fans with a truly one-of-a-kind keepsake. Additionally, Momento helps teams and brands connect with their audience on a deeper level through unique analytics and insights.
Responsibilities
- Support Momento with all on-site clients in the Seattle market, including the Seattle Mariners.
- Aid with various tasks within the Marketing and Operations departments.
- Maintain a general understanding of Momento technology to assist with client needs.
- Operate Momento systems for clients as needed.
- Aid with marketing strategies, social media, brainstorming, and problem-solving for all Momento clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for metropolitan Seattle Mariners clients for any on-site needs.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends on site during the 2026 MLB season.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student at a Seattle-area college or university.
- Summer & weekend availability through January 27, 2027 required.
- Ability to commute to and from T-Mobile Park through July 25, 2026 to January 27, 2027.
- Strong desire to pursue a career in sports.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer skills.
- Effective and professional communication skills when interacting with staff.
- 5-10 hours per week.
- No overtime or benefits are provided for this role.
