Sports Operations & Marketing Associate

About the role

Momento is currently seeking an Operations & Marketing Associate to support our dynamic sports technology company. The role offers hands-on experience with a cutting-edge sports fan experience service.

Responsibilities

• Support all on-site clients in the Foxborough market, including the New England Patriots and New England Revolution.
• Assist with various tasks within the Marketing and Operations departments.
• Help with the general upkeep of camera technology at our venues.
• Maintain a general understanding of Momento technology to assist with client needs.
• Operate Momento systems for clients as needed.
• Aid in marketing strategies, social media, brainstorming, and problem-solving for all Momento clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for metropolitan Foxborough clients for any on-site needs.
• Work evenings and weekends on site during the 2026 NFL and MLS seasons.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student at a Foxborough-area college or university.
• Summer & weekend availability through January 2027 required.
• Ability to commute to and from Gillette Stadium through July 2026 to January 2027.
• Strong desire to pursue a career in sports.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.
• Effective and professional communication skills when interacting with staff.
• 5-10 hours per week.
• No overtime or benefits are provided for this role.
