Help support a smooth and elevated premium guest experience at the Delta Center!
Key Responsibilities
- Model and promote Levy’s Family Values: Nice, Innovative, Passionate, and Inclusive.
- Assist two Corner Lounge Attendants with food, beverage, and service needs during events.
- Set up, maintain, and break down hot and cold buffet lines in both corner lounge spaces.
- Restock food, beverages, plates, utensils, napkins, condiments, and service supplies as needed.
- Transport food, beverage, and supplies safely and efficiently between kitchen, storage, and lounge areas.
- Maintain product levels and communicate restocking needs to attendants and Premium leadership.
- Keep buffet lines, counters, service stations, and lounge spaces clean, organized, and presentable.
- Support event opening, service, cleanup, and closing duties for both lounge spaces.
- Follow all Levy, Delta Center, food-safety, sanitation, hygiene, responsible alcohol-service, and workplace-safety procedures.
- Properly handle, store, label, rotate, and secure food, beverage products, supplies, and equipment.
- Communicate guest needs, product shortages, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the appropriate team member or manager.
- Complete additional duties as assigned based on event and department needs.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Guest-service, food-service, catering, premium hospitality, or event experience is preferred but not required.
- Friendly, professional, and team-focused attitude.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to take direction.
- Able to work efficiently while supporting multiple lounge areas at one time.
- Able to stay organized, move with urgency, and maintain attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food-safety, sanitation, and safe food-handling standards is preferred.
- Able to work well with attendants, runners, managers, culinary teams, and other Premium team members.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Able to stand, walk, lift, carry, bend, and move for extended periods.
- Able to transport food, beverage, and supplies safely in a busy event environment.
- Able to work a flexible event-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, Utah Jazz games, Utah Mammoth games, and concerts as assigned.
- Must obtain and maintain a valid Utah Food Handler Permit.
- Must obtain and maintain a valid Utah On-Premise Alcohol Certificate if required for assignment.
