About the role

Fleetwood Post Acute is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility in Easley, South Carolina. We offer competitive pay ($35–$50/hour), flexible PRN scheduling, reliable hours, and potential full-time opportunities within the largest network in South Carolina. The position involves evaluating and treating residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in care plan meetings and discharge planning
• Conduct in-service training and staff education

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active, unencumbered SLP license in South Carolina (required)
• Must meet all federal/state requirements for SLP practice
• Maintain continuing education and good standing with the State Board
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
• Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
