About the role
Provide comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial assessments and document patient information
- Administer appropriate modalities, exercises, and treatments
- Promote departmental education and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Demonstrate understanding of diverse age group needs, including neonatal to geriatric
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology
- Current or provisional license in the relevant state
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association within 1 year of hire
- BLS certification and ability to respond to emergencies
